Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your TIDEFALL account and data.

Every device is signed out the moment you confirm.

Change your mind? Log back in within 30 days.

Fully Erased

After 30 days your data is permanently removed.

Delete from inside the game

  1. Log inOpen TIDEFALL and log in to the account you want to delete.
  2. SettingsOpen Settings, then the Account section.
  3. DeleteChoose Delete Account.
  4. ConfirmType DELETE. If your account has an email and password, enter your password too.

You will be signed out on all your devices straight away.

30-day grace period. Your account is deleted 30 days after your request. Changed your mind? Log in during that time and choose to cancel. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, username, email and login details
  • All monsters, runes, currencies, items and progress
  • Your home island, arena profile, friends and guild membership
  • Your private messages and mailbox

What we may keep

  • Purchase records (store order ID, item, price and date) where required for legal, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. They are not linked to your gameplay data.
  • Security records, anonymised so they no longer identify you.
  • Moderation reports about rule-breaking, kept for a limited time to protect other players.

Can't access the game?

If you can no longer log in or have uninstalled the game, contact us and we will delete your account for you. Include your username or player name so we can find it: [SUPPORT EMAIL – coming soon]
